For tourist discovery, Gtech appears only sometimes in west London lists and often after Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, or Wembley. ChatGPT and Gemini did surface it, with ChatGPT citing Brentford's events and stadium pages, but Claude and Perplexity mostly omitted it or steered to Chelsea. The strongest tourist answer is the direct Brentford-specific one, where AI correctly confirms tours, dressing rooms, tunnel access, and prices.

Corporate event planners

When planners ask directly, AI recognises Gtech as a proper business venue with meeting rooms, function spaces, AV, Wi-Fi, and day delegate packages. On general west London searches, though, the stadium is mostly absent, and results are dominated by hotels, conference centres, and Twickenham. The practical effect is that Gtech only appears once the user already knows to ask for Brentford or venue hire.

Concert and major event promoters

Promoter searches mostly miss Gtech entirely. When the venue does appear, it is not framed as a concert or festival solution, and AI instead names Wembley Stadium, Twickenham Stadium, or other dedicated large-event sites. That means Gtech's non-matchday hire offer is not yet showing up in the high-capacity, production-led search journey.

Family experiences

Family queries do not bring up Gtech at all, even when the questions are tailored to half-term activities, kids tours, or family day outs. AI instead recommends Chelsea, Arsenal, Charlton, Southampton, or US stadiums with explicit family zones and kids programming. This is the clearest miss in the dataset because Gtech does have tours and non-matchday commercial activity, but none of that is being matched to family language.
